Part Family
Rings, flange blanks
& steel discs.
For circular plate parts, the quote is not only outside diameter × thickness. Inside diameter, machining allowance, holes, bevels, flatness, material identity and finished condition can change the route.

RFQ Inputs
What changes the quotation?
These are the inputs that need to travel with the inquiry so the process route is not guessed.
Material + standardSpecify the requested grade, standard/version and whether certification is required.
OD / ID / thicknessInclude finished dimensions and any machining allowance rather than only the raw blank size.
Holes + threadsState quantity, size, position, tolerance and whether thermal-cut or machined holes are acceptable.
Flatness + facesDefine which surfaces or dimensions are critical after cutting and any secondary machining.
Bevel / weld prepAngle, side, root face and other weld-preparation details belong in the drawing or RFQ notes.
Quantity + packingBatch size, labeling and export packing influence nesting, handling and shipment planning.
YUNCUT has production videos showing flange/ring and Q355 thick-plate work. They are used as process examples only when the material, dimensions and delivery context are clear.
